Abstract:Energy conservation and emission reduction in nonferrous industry is of great significance to fulfill China’s commitment to energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper took copper smelting industry as an example and chose the widely used oxygen-enriched melting technology as the object. According to national standards and industry standard, this paper determined an evaluating indicator system and its classification standards of the advanced applicability of energy conservation and emission reduction of smelting technology in oxygen-enriched melting bath. Meanwhile, it adopted a variable fuzzy measurement and evaluation model based on combined weight to measure and evaluate the advanced applicability of energy conservation and emission reduction of smelting technology in oxygen-enriched melting bath. Case analysis indicated that the rating of the advanced applicability of Isasmelt, oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting, oxygen bottom-blown smelting, Baiyin copper smelting process and Noranda copper smelting method are respectively Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅱ~Ⅲ, Ⅱ~Ⅲ and Ⅲ. The evaluation outcome was superior to comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model, and it met the actual situation of copper smelting technology in China. Therefore, analytic results of the variable fuzzy measurement and evaluation model can provide a reference for the introduction and practice in different provinces and cities of energy conservation and emission reduction technologies.
