本文以知识型员工为研究对象,在文献回顾及理论分析的基础上,给予知识寻租行为清晰的概念边界,通过访谈、问卷调查和探索性因素分析开发了知识寻租行为的测量量表,并对知识寻租行为的结构维度进行了实证研究。探索性因素分析表明知识寻租行为由知识垄断与知识外泄二个维度组成,该结构在验证性因素分析中得到了证实,对问卷的信度和效度的研究结果表明本问卷是可靠的和有效的。

The research have a clear concept of knowledge rent seeking behaviors based on review of past researches and theoretical analysis targeting on knowledge workers as object,and it develops a measurement scale about knowledge rent seeking behaviors through interview,questionnaire and exploratory factor analysis,and the research also conduct a empirical study of the structure of the knowledge rent seeking behaviors.The conclusion shows that knowledge rent seeking behavior has a two-dimensional structure including knowledge monopoly and knowledge leakage through exploratory factor analysis which is confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis,and the questionnaire is reliable and effective through reliability and validity analysis.
