产业集群的“零边际成本”趋势及其引导策略*

Zero Marginal Cost Trend of Industry Cluster and Its Developing Strategies

摘要:

“互联网 ”在多个产业得到广泛应用,并上升为我国产业发展的国家战略。通过分析我国传统制造业产业集群的“在线产业带”趋势和服务业产业集群的“产业生态集群”发展趋势,明确了我国产业集群发展的基本状态。结合信息领域和能源领域的“零边际成本”趋势,分析“零边际成本”趋势对产业集群发展的影响,从政府层面给出“互联网 ”背景下产业集群的发展策略,以促进产业集群的健康发展。

Abstract:

The idea of “Internet plus” has been widely applied in many industries and become a national strategy for developing industries. Through analyzing the trends of “online industry belts” in traditional manufacture industry cluster and “industry ecology cluster” in service industry, we clarify the current situation of industry cluster in China. Combining the “Zero marginal cost” trend from information and energy areas, the influence of “Zero marginal cost” on the development of industry cluster is analyzed. In order to promote the development of industry clusters, suggestions are given from the perspective of the governors.
