通过对国家重点大型企业中国中车集团长春轨道客车股份公司1984—2015年间发展的纵向案例的研究,分析和归纳复杂产品系统自主创新动态演化的4个阶段,即以二次创新为起点向集成创新过度,最终实现原始创新,并在《中国制造2025》背景下走向高阶自主创新和向服务制造业转型的路径特征,提出自主创新的演化是在吸收能力和技术差距的内部驱动、国家战略导向的外部驱动以及偶发驱动力共同推动下进行的。研究得出的结论对目前复杂产品系统自主创新与发展具有一定的实践启示。

This paper studied longitudinal cases of CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles Co. from 1984 to 2015. It also analyzes and concludes the four phases of innovation dynamic evolution of complex product system (CoPS). From the secondary innovation, go through the integrated innovation, achieve the original innovation, at the same time, under the background of Made in China 2025 strategy, in the end, independent innovation and service-oriented manufacturing industry would be realized. This paper also propose that the evolution of self-innovation are promoted by the internal forces of absorptive capacity and technology gap, the external forces of national strategies, and other incidental forces, which has some enlightening significance in the product innovation of the enterprises with the CoPS.
