农民农业技术采用在加速农业科技成果转化、提高农业生产力水平和推进现代农业建设方面具有重要意义。本文在农业技术采用现状研究的基础上,发现政策、经济发展水平、地理环境、农户个人特征、家庭经营特征、农户认知特征以及技术自身特征等是农户农业技术采用的重要影响因素,并归纳了具有针对性的引导农户采用农业技术的政策建议。当前,提高农户农业技术采用率,既需要加强农民的教育力度,增强农民对农业技术的感知度,又需要提高农业技术采用的有效性和易用性;既要关注农业技术与农民需求之间的关系,又要优化政策环境和技术服务环境。

The adoption of agricultural technologies is of great significance in accelerating the agricultural technology achievements transformation, improving agricultural productivity and promoting the construction of modern agriculture. This paper mainly analyzes some key factors that affect farmers to adopt agricultural technologies. On the basis of the research articles concerning the adoption of agricultural technologies, it is found that factors including government policies, economic development level, geographical environment, farmers’ endowment characteristics, household characteristics, farmers’ perception of agricultural technologies and technical characteristics, play a number of distinct roles in the process of farmers’ adopting new agricultural technologies. A range of suggestions and countermeasures are concluded to improve agricultural technology adoption. This review confirms that it is necessary to focus on improving farmers’ education level, agricultural technological usefulness and ease of use. What’s more, the relationship between agricultural technology and farmers’ technological demand deserves the attention of relevant departments, and political and technical-service environment need to be improved.
