Abstract:Power grid project quality risk management is studied on the background of Tibet electricity interconnection project. Put forward three dimensional quality management risk control system including project stakeholders dimension, project life cycle dimension, project quality management process dimension. The risk evaluation model of power grid project quality management based on Bayesian network is constructed, combined with the proposal of experts, then the key quality management risk factors such as the non-perfect quality assurance system and the lack of communication between the stakeholders are identified. The countermeasures of risk factors for the key quality management before, matter and afterwards three aspects id put forward.
