新建本科院校专利生产信息分析研究——以广东省为例

Analysis and Research on Patent Production Information of Newly-built Colleges ——Taking Guangdong Province as an Example

摘要:

新建本科院校是我国的一类重要高等院校，目前普遍处于向科技应用型转型中。对我国经济大省、强省——广东省全部14所公办新建本科院校专利生产状况的统计分析结果表明，经过多年建设和发展，这类院校的专利生产取得显著业绩，专利总量较大，涌现出一批“专利大王”，初步进入专利高速产出阶段，但科技含量高的专利增量小，专利权人合作度低，不同院校间差别很大，同省属的成熟本科院校相比总体上差别更大。基于创新强校和转型发展理念，讨论了这类院校促进专利研发的对策。

Abstract:

Patent production information of fourteen newly-built colleges in Guangdong Province was analyzed and studied. The results showed that patent production of these colleges made significant achievements after years of construction and development, patent quality is larger, emerged a batch of ‘patent king’, and preliminary entered into a high speed production stage. However, patent quality with high content of science and technology increased small, cooperation degree of patentees was low, and the difference of these colleges was very large, the differences in all aspects of patent information were even greater compared with provincial mature institutions of high learning. The author suggested that newly-promoted colleges further strengthen the consciousness of patent, attaché great importance to the patent work, respect the law of patent development, and set up patent strategy planning carefully. Based on the concepts of transformation and innovation-driven development, corresponding countermeasures for these state-run provincial colleges and universities were discussed.
