基于低碳食品链主要环节的相关研究文献,梳理和归纳现有研究的基础、贡献与不足,并依据低碳食品发展的实际情况、发展规律与发展趋势,提出今后的研究展望与需要加强研究的关键问题。包括：围绕低碳理念与指导思想——低碳价值观与低碳文化——战略与决策——策略与执行——实施方法与技术——支撑与保障的系统深入研究；低碳食品链构建科学化与系统化深入研究；低碳食品发展—生态文明体制改革—可持续发展的综合研究；低碳食品链相关行业规范、政策法规与管理制度综合研究；低碳食品供给侧改革与需求侧改革“两头推动”的综合研究等。
