科技进步是生态效率增长的源泉,其对生态效率增长的促进作用主要有四种实现途径和形式:人力资本积累、研究与开发、国际技术扩散和产业结构调整。基于2006~2015年的相关数据,本文应用三阶段DEA模型,将上述四种实现途径和形式作为环境变量,对广东省21个城市投入产出效率进行了测算,着重从科技进步的角度深入探讨了生态效率的影响因素和机理,并根据三阶段DEA模型测算的结果,分析有效提升广东省生态效率的途径。

Scientific and technological progress is the source of the growth of ecological efficiency, the promotion of the growth of the ecological efficiency comes from four ways: human capital accumulation, research and development, international technology diffusion and industrial structure adjustment. In this paper, we use the three stage DEA model to calculate the input efficiency of 21 cities in Guangdong Province base on data from 2006-2015, and focus on the factors and mechanism of the ecological efficiency from the point of scientific and technological progress, and analyze the way to effectively improve the ecological efficiency of Guangdong province according to the results of the three stage DEA model.
