Prospects and Countermeasures of Quality and Safety Traceability for Agricultural Products

摘要:

广东人口众多,食用农产品消费量和流通量巨大,同时还承担着港澳地区鲜活农产品的主要供给。农产品质量安全不仅影响消费者健康、社会和谐稳定,还关系到农业产业发展。建立追溯体系是保障农产品质量安全的重要手段,本文从技术创新、行业应用、区域推动等层面梳理了广东农产品质量安全溯源领域的成就和还面临的主要问题。在此基础上,构建了农产品质量安全追溯的关键技术体系,提出了种植类和养殖类产品追溯的解决方案,并对如何全面推进广东农产品安全追溯体系建设,提出了完善标准化体系、解决农产品追溯信息断层问题,加强诚信建设及电商发展,倒逼农产品追溯市场化机制形成,以及建立跨部门、跨区域的农产品质量安全追溯信息管理平台等对策建议。

Abstract:

The consumption and turn volume of edible agricultural products are great in Guangdong province, because of the largest amount of people in China. Meanwhile, Guangdong shoulders the heavy burden of ensuring the major supply of fresh farm products in Hong Kong and Macao region. The quality and safety of agricultural products not only effect the health of consumers, social harmony and stability, but also relates to the healthy development of agricultural industry. Quality traceability is an important technology to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products. Based on the analysis of current traceability system situation and the major problems from the aspects of technological innovation, industrial application and area impulse , this paper established key technique of agricultural products traceability system, and put forward how to trace the plant products and Animal products quality and security information. On how to comprehensively promote the construction of food safety traceability system in Guangdong province, this paper proposed a series of suggestions, such as improving the standardization system to solve the problem of agricultural products traceability information fault, strengthening the construction of good faith and the development of e-commerce, accelerating marketization mechanism formation, establishing a cross-sectoral, cross-regional quality and safety of agricultural products traceability information management platform, and so on.
