针对“互联网 ”的核心理念,构建食品安全管理中“互联网 ”行为的演化博弈模型,探讨“互联网 ”行为策略的演化机制及其影响因素。研究发现：各行为主体选择“互联网 ”行为的概率与投入产出比、正常收益呈正相关关系,与成本、“搭便车”收益呈负相关关系,并且政府的激励机制和约束机制,可以提高行为主体选择“互联网 ”行为的概率。最后提出促进“互联网 食品安全管理”实施的对策建议。

Abstract:

The Internet plus behavior in food safety management can improve the deficiencies of traditional food safety management, and provide new ideas to solve the problem of food security in China. Aiming at the core idea of , this article developed a evolutionary game model of Internet plus behavior in food safety management, to explore the evolution mechanism and the influencing factors of Internet plus behavior strategy. The study found that the probability that if an agent choose Internet plus behavior is positively related to the input-output ratio and normal profit, but negatively related to the cost and free-riding profit. In addition, the incentive and restraint mechanisms of government can improve the agents’ probability of choosing Internet plus behavior. In the end, this article put forward the policy suggestion to promote the implementation of Internet plus food safety management.
