Abstract:The theoretical model of “innovation chain multiple network-- entrepreneurial competence-- entrepreneurial performance” is established. By deconstructing innovation chain multiple network as political, technological and business network, analyzing entrepreneurial competence as entrepreneurial cognitive capability, opportunity access capability and operation management capability, using 209 questionnaires of new ventures, multivariate regression analysis is used to verify the theoretical hypothesis. The empirical result that the political, technological and business network are all have positive influence on entrepreneurial performance; political, technological and business network are all have positive influence on the three dimensions of entrepreneurial competence; opportunity access capability has complete intermediary effect on the positive influence of political network act on entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial cognitive capability, opportunity access capability and operation management capability have part intermediary effect on the positive influence of technological network act on entrepreneurial performance, opportunity access capability and operation management capability have part intermediary effect on the positive influence of business network act on entrepreneurial performance.
