创新链内多重网络、创业能力与创业绩效关系研究

Research on the relationship among innovation chain multiple network, entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance

摘要:

构建出新创企业“创新链多重网络特征—创业能力—创业绩效”的理论框架,将创新链多重网络特征解构为政治网络、技术网络和商业网络,将创业能力解析为创业认知能力、机会获取能力和运营管理能力三个维度,通过209家新创企业的问卷,应用多元回归分析方法验证了理论假设。实证结果表明：创新链内的政治网络、技术网络和商业网络对创业绩效均存在正向影响,创新链内的政治网络、技术网络和商业网络对创业能力的三个维度均存在正向影响,政治网络对创业绩效的作用被机会获取能力所完全中介,技术网络对创业绩效的作用被创业认知能力、机会获取能力和运营管理能力所部分中介,商业网络对创业绩效的作用被机会获取能力和运营管理能力所部分中介。

Abstract:

The theoretical model of “innovation chain multiple network-- entrepreneurial competence-- entrepreneurial performance” is established. By deconstructing innovation chain multiple network as political, technological and business network, analyzing entrepreneurial competence as entrepreneurial cognitive capability, opportunity access capability and operation management capability, using 209 questionnaires of new ventures, multivariate regression analysis is used to verify the theoretical hypothesis. The empirical result that the political, technological and business network are all have positive influence on entrepreneurial performance; political, technological and business network are all have positive influence on the three dimensions of entrepreneurial competence; opportunity access capability has complete intermediary effect on the positive influence of political network act on entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial cognitive capability, opportunity access capability and operation management capability have part intermediary effect on the positive influence of technological network act on entrepreneurial performance, opportunity access capability and operation management capability have part intermediary effect on the positive influence of business network act on entrepreneurial performance.
