Abstract:The institutional environment of enterprises is ambidextrous for their technological innovation behavior, it means that the institutional environment of enterprises can simultaneously facilitate and restrain their technological innovation behavior. Thus, it is important for enterprises to arrange their institution for technological innovation appropriately. Embedded agency theory holds that actors can produce an active reaction, and change the arrangement of their institution environment. The purpose of this paper is solving the problem that how enterprises pull through the innovation legitimacy dilemma in a pluralistic institutional environment by institution arrangement. From the micro-institutional perspective, adopting the method of literature analysis, this paper found market logic, profession logic, corporation logic, community logic, regulation institution logic and family logic has different influence on the technological innovation legitimacy of enterprise, and respectively has a important role in promoting the technological innovation legitimacy of enterprise. Finally on this basis this paper constructs the technological innovation legitimacy under multiple institutional logics.
