Abstract:

Collaborative innovation has become an important means to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading under the new normal. The connotations of collaborative innovation include communication, coordination, cooperation and collaborations. The characteristics of it are combination of system innovation and technology innovation, common cognitive system and basic code of conduct, building a platform for innovative services, the organic integration of industrial capital, intellectual capital and financial capital, scientifically oriented and industry-oriented and promote each other. Grasping the connotations and characteristics of collaborative innovation is an important guarantee for deeping implement the strategy of the collaborative Innovation in some regions.
