多属性交叉聚类法的理论与应用

摘要:

聚类分析是一种无监督的模式识别方法，在统计分析中的应用非常普遍。但是在实际使用分析过程中经常被滥用。聚类分析的应用首先要考虑应用研究的目的，根据目的设计聚类指标体系和聚类准则，当准则指标同时用于评价时，距离指标相当于评价的总指标，因此还应注意其与评价分析的关系。文章针对聚类分析的可解释性和可用性提出了多属性交叉聚类法，并在中国城市综合竞争力评价分析中与传统方法进行了对比，结果也显示出其优越性。

Abstract:

Clustering analysis is an unsupervised pattern recognition method, which is widely used in statistical analysis. But it is often abused in the use of the analysis process.The application of clustering analysis should be considered the purpose of the study. According to the purpose designing clustering index system and clustering criterion, when the criterion index is used to evaluate, the distance index is equivalent to the total index, so we should pay attention to the MOCT and the evaluation analysis.So we put forward a multiattribute overlapping clustering technique (MOCT) based on the application of the clustering analysis, and compared with the traditional methods in the evaluation and analysis of urban comprehensive competitiveness in China,the results show its superiority.
