重点探讨专利结构变动与我国企业经营绩效的关系。引入摩尔指数作为衡量专利结构变化的指标，进而通过建立向量自回归模型，分析1997—2014年间我国专利结构变动与企业综合绩效之间如何互相影响。研究结果显示：专利结构变动与企业经营绩效变化存在相互适应的关系，这种互适性在短期表现为专利结构变化对企业经营绩效的冲击，在长期则表现为企业经营绩效对专利结构变化的反向影响，同时企业经营绩效对专利结构的影响程度要低于专利结构变化对企业经营绩效变化的影响。这证明通过鼓励企业调整自身专利结构，有利于其绩效的提升。

This paper discussed the relationship between patent structure change and Chinese enterprises operating performance, and introduced Moore index as an indicator to measure the change for the structure of patent. And then the paper establishes an VAR model to analyze the co-interaction of patent structure change and the enterprises performance with the data from 1997 to 2013. The results show that there is a mutual adaptation relationship between the patent structure change and business performance change. In the short term, this relationship would display an impact from the patent structure change to the business performance change; in the long term, it shows a reverse influence from the business performance change to the patent structure change. At the same time, the effect degree of business performance change on patent structure change is less than the opposite. This proves that by encouraging enterprises to adjust their own patent structure is conducive to the improvement of its performance.
