本文从理论上探讨了双元学习对双元创新及其协同性(其由双元创新平衡性和双元创新互补性两个维度构成)的交互影响,提出了相应的研究假设与关系模型,进而通过问卷调查和统计分析对这些研究假设与关系模型进行了实证检验。实证研究表明:双元学习对渐进性创新、突破性创新、双元创新均有正向的交互影响;双元学习对双元创新平衡性、双元创新互补性和双元创新协同性均具有正向的交互影响。

This paper discusses the dual learning of dual innovation and collaborative interaction theory (It is composed of two dimensions, which are the Balance Dimension of Ambidexterity (BD) and the Combined Dimension of Ambidexterity (CD)), proposed the corresponding research hypotheses and relational model, then through questionnaires and statistical analysis to empirically test the research hypothesis and model. Empirical studies show that dual learning has positive interactive effect on incremental innovation, breakthrough innovation and dual innovation; dual learning has positive interactive effect on BD, CD and dual innovation coordination.
