大型科学仪器设备共享的合作收益分配模型研究 ——基于努力因素的分析

摘要:

大型科学仪器设备作为科学研究的重要物资基础，其效用至关重要。依据大型仪器开放共享维护不足和资金短缺的现状，在资源共享的前提下构建大型科学仪器设备共享的合作收益共享模型；深入分析努力水平与抵押率、设备折旧收益率和收益分配比率之间的影响，探讨努力因素在科技资源共享中的协调作用；最后结合努力因素分析和数值分析，从“人”、“器”、“财”、“制”四个角度探讨了促进大型科学仪器设备共享的对策与建议。

Abstract:

Large-scale scientific instrument as an important material basis for scientific research, which is crucial for the utility. According to the current situation of shortage of maintenance and funds, revenue sharing contract model comes forward in the case of sharing large-scale scientific instrument together. Then the impacts are studied in-depth among effort level, mortgage rate, instrument depreciation rate and income distribution ratio, and discuss the coordinating role of effort factors in scientific and technological resources sharing. Finally from four angles, "staff", "equipment", "money", "rule", probes into the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the large-scale scientific instrument sharing based on the effort analysis and numerical analysis.
