摘要:

本研究报告试图通过比较北京、上海、深圳、广州四个城市在科技资源投入(人力资源投入、R D经费投入)和科技成果产出(专利、科技论文、技术交易、规模以上企业R D产出、高技术产业发展等)两大方面的基本情况,对北京的科技创新能力在综合比较中进行较为客观、全面、可靠的定位。

Abstract:

The study has attempted to compare two basic aspects of the technology resources investment (such as human resources investment, R D funding) and innovative output (such as patents, scientific papers, technical trading, R D output of above-scale enterprises, the high-tech industry) of four cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, in order to get an objective, comprehensive and reliable positioning in the scientific and technological ability for innovation of Beijing through a comprehensive comparison.
