Abstract:The key problems of Science and Research (S R) management are paying much attention to the result and less attention to the process and talent development. The article points out that we could construct the cooperate mechanism between S R management and the talent development through the use of performance information, which could be conducted by management control and organizational learning. The article reviews the previous research on the use of performance information and puts forward the main contents of the cooperate mechanism. It also stresses the key questions in this process. First, the data mining and analysis of S R management and talent development performance information; second, the research on the relevant statistics analysis models; third, the theory and practice research on the combination of use of performance information and the organizational routine.
