高校科技管理体制机制改革现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of the Reforms about System and Mechanism of Science and Technology Management in University

摘要:

深化高校科技管理体制机制改革,是近年来我国科技体制机制改革的主要内容之一,其改革现状也深受社会关注。本文从高校科技管理机构设置、科技评价考核、科研队伍组织管理、科教协同育人、科技资源配置五个方面对目前我国高校科技管理体制机制改革的现状及存在问题进行了分析,最后提出改革对策及建议。

Abstract:

Strengthening the reforms about system and mechanism of science and technology management in the universities is one of the main contents of the reforms about system and mechanism of Chinese science and technology management in recent years, and the current situation of the reforms is concerned by society. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the reforms about system and mechanism of science and technology management in the universities, which include the design of science and technology management institutions, evaluation of science and technology, organization management of scientific researching teams, combination of science and education, and allocation of science and technology resources. Finally, this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions about the reforms.
