质量发展监测与预警信息系统的构建研究

摘要:

本文针对我国质量发展监管过程中存在的信息共享性差、信息综合利用不充分等问题,在总结质量发展监测预警系统的国内外研究成果与应用实践的基础上,围绕“大质量观”理念,从有利于产品生产、消费、监管多方与各级行政监管主体信息集成与共享的视角,对质量发展监测预警信息系统的内涵和应用需求进行分析,并探讨了目标系统的功能、应用流程、软件架构、网络架构和平台搭建等软件开发关键问题。

Abstract:

This article focused on the present issues of China's quality development supervision such as poor information sharing and inadequate utilization of information. Based on the summary of domestic and foreign research results about quality development monitoring and early warning system, in connection with current situation of quality development supervision,we analyzed the connotation and application demands of system from the perspective of which is beneficial to production, consumption, supervision and all levels administrative regulation subject information integration and sharing. Besides around the “Great Quality” construction of quality development monitoring and early warning information system we have a discussion on function, application processes, software architecture, network archite-cture and platform structures of the target system and other design and development of id-eas and conceptions.
