Abstract:Now the Chinese government encourages people to start their own business and to make in notations. As major players in economic activities and technological innovation, the effect of knowledge workers is noticeable. We tested the relations among the four dimensions with career success, and also checked the mediating and moderating effects. The results show: 1) Psychological capital has significantly positive effect on career success of knowledge worker, both on subject and object career. 2) Career commitment plays an intermediary role in the relationship between psychological capital and career success of knowledge workers. 3) Career resilience moderates the influence of psychological capital on career success of knowledge workers; career resilience moderates the influence of psychological capital on object career success of knowledge workers.
