文章构建了我国生态—经济—科技系统耦合协调发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法进行客观赋权,然后引入耦合协调发展的函数模型,测算了2014年我国省域生态—经济—科技系统的耦合度和协调度,最后借助空间计量模型对耦合协调度的影响因素进行回归分析。研究结果表明:(1)我国省域生态—经济—科技系统耦合度多处在拮抗时期,发展特点表现为生态环境逐渐被破坏,承载力变小;(2)我国省域生态—经济—科技系统耦合协调度基础处于勉强协调状态;(3)经济结构、经济效益以及科技成果转化水平是影响耦合协调度的突出因素。

Coordinating the relationship among ecology, economy and technology is considered a reasonable way to realize sustainable development and to accelerate the green development. In this context, a model on the coupling degree was constructed to evaluate the coupling development of ecology-economy-technology system, objective weighting by entropy, then coordinated development of coupling function model, measured the 2014 provincial ecological, economic system coupling and the degree of coordination of science and technology, finally, using spatial econometric models for coordination degree of coupling factors for regression analysis. Research results showed that: (1) China the provinces ecological-economic-technology coupled degrees more in antagonistic anti-period, development features performance for ecological environment gradually was damaged, hosted force variable small; (2) China the provinces ecological-economic-technology coupled coordination degrees based in barely coordination State; (3) economic structure, and economic and technology results into level is effect coupled coordination degrees of highlight factors.
