兼顾智慧城市与生态城市的发展,从“仿生学”的角度提出了城市生态智慧的新表征——生命体城市出现的必然性,参照人体系统的划分,对生命体城市的组成进行了划分与讨论,并探讨了人在生命体城市中扮演的角色及所应具有的权利与义务,研究认为生命体城市是智慧城市与生态城市结合发展的新高度,具有更高的稳定性、宜居性,更适于城市居住者的生活需求,当遇到突发紧急状况时,生命体城市将做出更加积极的响应与反馈。

Thinking about the development of smart city and ecological city, based on the knowledge of bionics, the life city’ coming is inevitable. Following the division of the human body system, the component parts of the smart city are divided similarly and also carried out a discussion. The roles, rights and obligations of persons living in cities are discussed. Life city is a new level of smart city, stable, livable, and more suitable for urban residents living needs. In the face of an emergency, the life city will make more positive response and feedback.
