农业产业融合评价指标体系研究及对北京市的应用

On the Evaluation Index System of Agriculture Convergence Development with Application to Beijing

农业产业融合发展是现代农业发展的必然之路，对产业融合进程进行评价有助于总结经验、发现问题，并引导发展。本文提出以农业为依托，以产业链延长、农业多功能拓展、农民增收为核心要素农业产业融合概念，利用层次分析法构建含三个层次的农业与二三产业融合评价指标体系，并利用该指标体系对北京市农村产业融合进程及成效进行评估。研究发现北京市农村产业融合发展已经进入成长阶段，发展成果惠及农民，并提出了针对性的建议。

Abstract:

Agriculture convergence development in rural area is an inevitable trend for agricultural modernization. Evaluation of agriculture convergence development progress helps to summarize experiences and gain insight for further development. The paper identifies the concept of agriculture convergence development. Relying on agriculture, the core factors of agriculture convergence development are industry chain extension, agricultural multifunction expansion, and farmer income increase. Using AHP method, the paper constructs an evaluation index system with three hierarchies. With an application of the evaluation index system to Beijing, the evaluation results show that agriculture convergence development in Beijing moves in the growth stage and farmers benefit from this achievement. Pertinent advices are proposed.
