创新自我效能感的提出为个体创新行为的研究提供了一个新的视角。通过全面回顾以往研究成果,本文对员工创新自我效能感的测量、影响因素与影响效应进行了归纳概括,并对中国情境下员工创新自我效能感的未来研究方向提出了展望,以期能对后续研究提供有益参考。

The putting forward of creative self-efficacy provides a new perspective for the research of individuals’ innovation behavior. On the base of comprehensive review of formerSresearch, this paper systematically summed up the measurement, antecedents, consequences of creative self-efficacy, and provided prospects for future research of creative self-efficacy based on Chinese context, in order to inspire the future researchers.
