随着建筑业的发展,建筑信息模型(BIM)在建设项目的生命周期中已成为一个强大的动态决策工具。然而,BIM技术的传播扩散缓慢而有限,其作为主流工具使用的现象仅出现在少数国家。文章结合BIM特性,通过将UTAUT进行相应改进,提出一个综合研究模型来分析BIM技术采纳的影响因素。基于对建筑从业人员的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程对该模型进行了实证剖析。研究结果表明:感知有用性和任务技术匹配度是BIM技术采纳的主要影响因素;促进条件和任务技术匹配度不但作用于使用行为,同时又是提升感知有用性和感知易用性的引导因素。研究结果启示:BIM技术推广主体不应将所有注意力集中放在BIM技术扩散速度上,相反,思考BIM自身的任务技术匹配度以及如何提高用户感知有用性才是目前亟待解决的问题。

With the development of construction industry,building information modeling (BIM) has emerged as one of the most powerful dynamic decision-making tools throughout a project life cycle. BIM has entered the mainstream use in few countries. However, BIM has experienced slow and limited spread adoption.Through the corresponding improvement of UTAUT, combining with the characteristics of BIM,the article proposed an integrated research model to analyze the influence factors of BIM technology adoption. Based on the survey data of construction workers, using structural equation of the model and analyzes empirically the. The results show that perceived usefulness and technology task matching degree is a main influencing factors of BIM Technology Adoption; facilitating conditions and task technology fit degree is not only the role of on the use of behavior. At the same time, it’s to enhance the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the guide. Results enlightenment: BIM Technology Promotion subject should not all concentrate on BIM Technology Diffusion speed, instead, BIM to consider their own task matching degree and how to improve the user perceived usefulness is the problem to be solved at present.
