企业合作技术创新已经成为技术创新的主要模式,然而产品开发的不确定性和日益增加的研发成本给合作创新带来了巨大风险。本文主要从合作方内部因素,技术因素和外部环境因素这三个维度探讨了合作企业技术创新的风险模式。基于AHP分析法,结合模糊综合评价矩阵,建立了合作创新风险的综合评价模型,在实际应用中可以利用此方法来确定合作企业技术创新的可行性空间。

Technology innovation has become the key driver of profit growth, and the uncertainty of product development and the increasing cost of R & D need to jointly develop new products. But cooperative enterprises have to face the huge risk of technological innovation. This paper mainly from partners internal factors, technical factors and external environmental factors of the three dimensions discussed the risk pattern of enterprise technology innovation cooperation. Then according to the AHP (analytic hierarchy process), identified risk likelihood and severity of the risk weight, combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix, comprehensive risk evaluation model is established, in practical applications can use this method to determine the feasibility of enterprise technology innovation cooperation.
