创新驱动背景下构建粤港澳区域物流体系之探讨

随着信息科技高速发展,云计算、物联网、大数据、互联互通深刻改变了传统物流模式,区域物流体系建设受到深远影响。如何通过资源共享实现物流高效运作,成为大数据时代科技创新驱动背景下构建区域物流体系亟待解决的问题。本文以构建粤港澳区域物流体系为研究对象,剖析在区域物流体系构建过程中协同发展的重要性与规模经济效应。在对已有文献进行梳理和广泛调研的基础上,得出影响构建粤港澳区域物流体系的主要因素,从政府与物流企业价值链资源协同视角,得出政府政策条件与物流企业活动条件相辅相成,粤港澳区域物流体系建设是政府政策与物流企业活动协同的产物。基于此,从政府层面、企业层面、科技管理与协同创新层面提出有针对性的对策措施,研究结果对构建粤港澳区域物流体系具有积极的指导意义。

With the rapid development of information technology, cloud computing, Internet of things, big data, the Internet has profoundly changed the traditional logistics model, the construction of regional logistics system has been far-reaching impact. How to achieve efficient operation of logistics through resource sharing, to become a big data era of scientific and technological innovation in the context of the construction of regional logistics system to solve the problem. Based on the construction of the regional logistics system of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao as the research object, this paper analyzes the importance of coordinated development in the process of the construction of regional logistics system and the effect of scale economy. In combing and extensive research of literature, that affect the construction of the main factors of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao regional logistics system, from both the government and the enterprises value chain resources collaborative perspective, that government policy conditions and logistics enterprise activity conditions complement each other, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao region logistics system construction is product collaborative government policy and logistics enterprise activity. Based on this, from the government level, enterprise level, science and technology management and collaborative innovation level put forward targeted countermeasures, research results on the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao regional logistics system has a positive guiding significance.
