关于加强青年学者资助政策的研究——基于青年学者和高层次人才的问卷调查统计结果分析

摘要:

为了全面了解青年学者成长过程中对项目资助的需求，给国家自然科学基金委员会制订青年人才资助政策提供参考依据，从而更好地帮助和促进青年人才的成长，本文首先对青年学者的项目申请与资助情况进行了问卷调查，分别从资助金额、资助用途、研究困难等方面进行统计分析，然后接着对高层次人才进行问卷调查，通过高层次人才自身在青年阶段的发展经历和从他们的角度去看待青年学者科研发展 过程面临哪些问题，使得问卷调查更有说服力，现对问卷结果加以分析和研究，发掘和探讨，得出一些结论，以期国家自然科学基金委员会进行参照出台政策，从而进一步促进青年学者的快速发展。

Abstract:

In order to fully understand the needs of young scholars in the process of project financing, and provide references for National Natural Science Foundations of China (NSFC) about the support policy of young scholars, which helps and promotes the development of young scholars, in this paper, we first make a questionnaire survey for them from the aspects of the amount of funding, the use of funding, research difficulties etc. After that, we also make a similar questionnaire survey for high-level talents who have more experience about the project application. From the perspective of them can make the questionnaire investigation more convincing and further promote the development of young scholars. Now, the questionnaire results are analyzed and studied.
