高校科技成果转化若干策略探讨

我国高校科技成果转化率比较低，其原因是多方面的，笔者在实际工作中发现高校管理层和科技人员在促成科技成果转化时往往在一些策略上不够注意，为此建议其在促成科技成果转化时，要强化转化意识，善于定好位；选择最佳途径，善于出成果；比较研究分析，善于选方式；针对转化阶段，善于换角色；理清三个关系，善于顾大局；求助法律支援，善于讲诚信。

Abstract:

The reasons for the low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in universities in China are manifold. The author found in work that the managements and researchers pay insufficient attention to the details of the strategy of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. For to this end, it is suggested for the researchers to strength the consciousness of transformation and to orientate themselves; to choose optimal path and be good at producing achievements; to compare research and analysis and to be adept in selecting mode; Clever at role shift according to transformation stage; to clarify the relationship between the three concepts from the overall perspective; to find legal support and to be integrity.
