产业集群创新网络是有效促进集群技术创新的发展模式,对集群的升级与产出效率具有重要的影响。本文从生态学和复杂网络角度分析产业集群创新网络的不稳定性、开放性以及随机涨落等自组织特性。根据产业集群生态特性,以Logistic模型对产业集群演化进行描述,通过自组织的动力机制方程描述产业集群创新网络自组织演化过程,找出集群创新网络自组织演化关键影响因素,构建集群创新网络自组织的演化机制,为改善集群创新网络的演化机制提出建议。

Industrial cluster network is an effective environmental factor to promote the innovation of cluster . It also has an important influence to cluster upgrading and the efficiency of cluster output. This article depend on the perspective of ecology and complex network to analyze the self-organization characteristics, such as instability, openness and random fluctuation.According to the ecological characteristics of industrial cluster, describing the evolution of industrial cluster by Logistic model, and describing the process of industrial cluster innovation network self-organization evolution through the dynamic mechanism of self-organization equation, finding out the key factors of cluster innovation network self-organization evolution, constructing the mechanism of cluster innovation network self-organization evolution.At last, coming up with some suggests to improve the mechanism of the evolution of the cluster innovation network.
