探索性创新和挖掘性创新是企业创新的两种形式,又被称为双元性创新。两类创新活动对组织绩效都有积极的影响。但是两类创新活动的创新动因、资源配置、组织特征和组织模式不同,两种创新活动之间必然存在紧张的关系与冲突。本文基于组织双元结构观,通过企业案例的形式探讨探索性创新和挖掘性创新活动的四种整合模式,为企业消除两种创新活动的冲突,实现两种创新形式的协同整合提供对策思路。

Enterprise innovation has two kinds of activities, exploration innovation and exploitation innovation; they also can be called ambidextrous innovation. These two innovation activities have positive effect on organizational performance. But the two activities have different innovation reason, resource configuration, organizational character and organizational pattern. There are tension and flash between two innovations. On the basis of structural ambidexterity, the paper researches four integration patterns of coordinating two innovations by the case study. The integration patterns eliminate the flash of two innovations and put forward countermeasures of realizing the synergy effect of two innovations.
