Abstract:This paper analyzes Guangdong industrial waste gas emissions the 1994-2014, along with the growth of the secondary industry and GDP correlation analysis. Results showed that: total industrial emissions continued to increase along with economic development, but the relatively proportion of main harmful chemicals of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides is decreasing. Total industrial emissions growth rate is lower than the growth rate of the secondary industry and GDP. The emissions per one hundred million yuan of industrial added value and GDP of the second stage showed a decreasing trend. This fully proves that the government development pollutant emission reduction management measurement existed in good effect. The ability for reducing emissions from industries gradually increased. The article also recommends that the government should further strengthen environmental protection supervision by increasing innovation and application of desulfurization and denitrification technology.
