科技重大专项是一种具有明确目标和特定方向的大型创新性活动。科技重大专项的实施涉及关键核心技术研发、重要产品开发或重大工程建设,这对于增强我国自主创新能力和提升我国国际影响力以及建设创新型国家等具有重要意义。基于项目管理理论、项目化理论、系统论、组织管理等相关管理理论和知识,针对科技重大专项的组织实施过程开展深入研究,借鉴已实施的成功重大项目的组织与管理经验,并构建适合我国国情的科技重大专项管理模式,以促进我国科技重大专项组织管理水平和管理效率的进一步提升。

Abstract:

Science and technology major projects are large innovation activities with clear objectives and a specific direction. It has great influence on improving the ability of independent innovation and building an innovative country.
