对新《广东省自主创新促进条例》重要性、亮点及落实措施的几点思考

2016年3月31日，新修订的《广东省自主创新促进条例》即日起实施。本文在厘清新《条例》制定出台新形势的基础上，研究了贯彻实施新《条例》的重要性，分析了新《条例》制定的现实需要，最后研究提出了加强组织领导工作、制修订相关配套措施、做好学习宣传工作等贯彻落实的措施建议。

Abstract:

On March 31, 2016, the newly revised "Regulations on the Promotion of Independent Innovation of Guangdong Province" immediately set into motion. Based on the introduction of the new situation, this paper studies the importance of carrying out the new "Regulations", analyzes the main practical needs of the new "Regulations", and puts forward some policy suggestions，strengthen the organization and leadership of the work, amend the relevant supporting measures, do a good job in learning and propaganda work.
