区域创新能力发展的环境耦合协同效应研究

Coupling synergy effect research of innovation environment to regional innovation ability development

摘要:

基于区域创新能力和创新环境的评价指标体系，运用耦合模型实证分析了中国省际创新能力发展的环境协同效应。研究结论表明：①创新环境效益值小于0.20时，创新能力与创新环境表现出较强的协同效应；创新能力效益值大于0.146或者小于0.066时，创新环境和创新能力之间的协同效应较弱。②我国并不存在创新能力和创新环境优质协调发展的省域，东部大部分地区都属于创新环境滞后型，这些地区虽有很强的创新能力，但是创新环境不能有效地推动创新能力；西部大部分地区创新能力与创新环境的发展很不协调，创新能力和创新环境都较为落后。基于此，本文提出了增强中国区域创新能力发展的环境耦合协同效应的相关建议。

Abstract:

Based on the evaluation index system of regional innovation capability and innovation environment,this paper analyzed the environmental synergy effect of the development of provincial innovation capability in China by the coupling model.Findings?show?that:①The innovation ability and the innovation environment show strong synergistic effect When the value of innovation environment benefit is less than 0.20.When the benefit value of innovation ability is greater than 0.146 or less than 0.066, the synergy effect between innovation environment and innovation ability is weak.②Our country does not have the province domain which the innovation ability and the innovation environment high quality coordinated development.Most of the eastern part of the region is lagging behind the innovation of the environment, although these areas have a strong ability to innovate, but the innovation environment can not effectively promote the ability of innovation.In the west,most of the regional innovation capability and the development of innovation environment is not harmonious, innovation ability and innovation environment are more backward.According to this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on enhancing the environmental coupling effect of the development of regional innovation capability.
