本文通过对安徽省公民科学素质数据变化的研究以及将其与其他主要省份公民科学素质发展进行比对, 分析出安徽省公民科学素质在发展过程中显示出的特点、暴露出的问题。并针对上述特征与问题提出了相应的政策建议。

This study analyses the exhibited characteristics and the exposed problems in the development process of Anhui civic scientific literacy, through the researching on the change of historical data of Anhui civic scientific literacy and comparing between Anhui civic scientific literacy and the civic scientific literacy of some other main provinces. And put forward some corresponding policy recommendations for those problems.
