随着市场的变化以及技术的发展,知识产权融资的各方所承担的风险呈现动态化、复杂化,因此,需要知识产权风险的预警从静态评价转向动态监控和预警。文章基于现存的风险预警平台,结合知识产权质押融资本身的特点,建立基于第三方知识产权融资风险动态监控与预警系统,以便对知识产权质押融资业务发生后科技型企业的风险进行实时跟踪,促进知识产权质押融资的参与各方的合作机制更加紧密、稳定,保障多方实现互利共赢。

With changes in the market and technology development, intellectual property financing parties to bear the risk presented dynamic and complex. Therefore, it is necessary to intellectual property risk warning from static evaluation to dynamic monitoring and early warning. The existing risk early warning platform based on, combined with intellectual property rights pledge financing itself characteristics, the establishment of intellectual property financing dynamic risk monitoring and early warning system, to of intellectual property pledge financing business after science and technology enterprises, the risk for real-time tracking, promoting IPR pledge financing parties participating in the cooperation mechanism more closely, stable and guarantee multi achieve mutual benefit and win.
