联合基金是国家自然科学基金委员会根据国家对自然科学基金的定位而设立的。近年来,随着国家自然科学基金投入幅度的不断增长,国家也要求科学基金更好地发挥导向作用。基金委通过开展联合资助,协调多方合作与互助,推进研究资源共享,为国家创新体系建设发挥了积极作用。本文通过对承担过和申请过各类型联合基金的科学家进行问卷调查,对国家自然科学基金联合基金项目的实施情况进行描述性统计分析,对实施过程中存在的问题进行进一步的探讨和总结,并提出相应的建议。

Union fund was set up by the National Natural Science Foundation of China Committee in terms of the orientation of National Natural Science Foundation. In recent years, with the increasing of the investment of National Natural Science Fund, our state also requires the science fund to play an important role of guidance. The committee sets out to fund jointly and coordinate the multi-party cooperation and promote resource sharing, playing a positive role in the development of domestic innovation system. Through the questionnaires from the scientists who have applied and undertaken all kinds of union fund. Meanwhile, we probe into and summarize the existing problems in the process and put forward proposals.
