从本体论和认识论两种研究视角对项目复杂性内涵进行了分析,提出项目复杂性的认知主体应为项目管理者,进而对新产品研发项目复杂性内涵进行了界定。以新产品研发项目的最终目标为切入点,提出新产品的结构和功能特征是新产品研发项目复杂性的产生根源。根据目标、决策、组织、任务四类项目要素的配置过程,分析了目标复杂性、决策复杂性、组织复杂性、任务复杂性的形成过程,从而揭示了新产品研发项目复杂性的形成机理。

From the two research perspectives of ontology and epistemology, this paper analyzes the concept of project complexity, proposes that cognitive subject of project complexity should be project managers, and then defines the concept of NPD project complexity. Starting with the ultimate goal of NPD project, this paper takes structural and functional characteristics of new product as the origin of NPD project complexity. Based on different configuration processes of four project components (i.e., goal, decision, organization and task), this paper analyzes different formation processes of goal complexity, decision complexity, organization complexity and task complexity, which actually explores the formation mechanism of NPD project complexity.
