企业位势作为一种重要的战略性资产,对维持构建企业竞争优势非常关键。借助物理位势探究了企业位势的来源与内涵,剖析了企业规模、企业素质与市场导向是企业位势的驱动要素,探索性地从企业在网络中占据的结构位置所带来的结构优势与企业所拥有的技术优势两个维度,构建了企业位势的分类模型,将网络中的企业位势创新性地划分为非核心企业、弱核心企业、次核心企业及核心企业四类模式。在此基础上,全面演化四类企业间网络位势的转化路径。为研究网络组织中的企业位势提供了新的视角与思路。
