Abstract:At present, technology innovation and energy conservation & emissions reduction (TIESER) are two important tasks for an enterprise, especially an energy-intensive enterprise. The evolution of coordination degree between them may better reflect the progress and level of industrial transformation and upgrading of an enterprise. This paper constructs the evaluation model and evaluation index system to assess coordination degree of an enterprise’ TIESER firstly; then try to collects related information and data in 2009-2014 from the three advanced enterprises of Baoshan, Anshan, and Wuhan Iron & Steel Grope. With perspective of vertical and horizontal analysis, this paper discusses the changes of coordination degree of TIESER in three enterprises. The results from the study period show that, firstly, their coordination degrees of TIESER all are improving continuously, but there are obvious differences between three steel enterprises; secondly, the enterprise economic efficiency has a great impact on scientific and technological innovation, while the impact on energy saving and emission reduction is little.
