创新生态系统视角下企业创新能力的提升研究

Mechanism Analyzing of Enterprise Innovation Ability Promotion Based on Innovation Ecosystem Perspective

本文首先分析了创新生态系统的特性及其演化过程,认为在创新系统演化发展过程中所形成的资源整合机制、商业模式创新机制、技术创新机制、能力集成机制、耦合机制、竞合机制等六种机制是企业生存与进化的根基。而后深入探究了在创新生态系统下企业创新能力提升的内在逻辑,资源整合机制和商业模式创新机制推动了基础组织能力的提升,技术创新机制和能力集成机制推动了协调控制能力的提升,耦合机制和竞合机制推动了协同进化能力的提升。最后以阿里巴巴建立的创新生态系统作为实证分析,验证了企业创新能力提升的内在逻辑。

Abstract:

First, the paper analyzes characteristics and evolution of innovation ecosystem, summarizing the six mechanisms are the foundation of enterprise survival growth including resource integration, business model innovation, technical innovation, capability integration, coupling mechanism and cooperation-competition mechanism, which are formed in the evolution and development process of the innovation system. Then the paper explores the internal logic for enterprises to improve their innovation ability under the innovation ecosystem. Basic organizational capability is upgraded due to resource integration and business model innovation mechanisms; coordination ability is improved through technical innovation and capability integration mechanisms; and coevolution ability is promoted by coupling mechanism and cooperation-competition mechanism. Finally, Alibaba as an empirical analysis is served for verifying the inner logic of the enterprise innovation ability promotion.
