科技创新人才开发是一项庞大而复杂的系统工程,本文从WSR系统方法论的物理、事理、人理三个方面对科技创新人才开发的影响因素展开定性分析,明确了三者对科技创新人才开发的作用。在此基础上,构建了科技创新人才开发系统影响因素的三维模型,最后对该模型中三个维度影响因素进行定量分析,以期尽可能地为人才开发研究提供一个全面而崭新的视角与分析路径。

Innovative talents of science and technology development is a huge and complicated system engineering, this article from the WSR system methodology of physics, things, one in three aspects of innovative talents of science and technology development and the influence factors of qualitative analysis, made clear the three on the role of science and technology innovation talents development.Constructed on this basis, the innovation of science and technology talent development system of 3 d model of influencing factors, finally the model of three dimensions influence factors in quantitative analysis, in order to for the study of the talent development as much as possible to provide a comprehensive and new perspective with path analysis.
