区域评价对地区的发展具有重要作用，地区政府可以运用区域评价结果对区域的发展进行预测、监督及改善，促进地区经济的快速发展。目前关于区域评价的指标体系较多，但这些不同的指标体系是否真正有效的评价地区的发展状况，彼此之间是否存在联系等问题还缺乏系统有效的分析。分析这些问题对于如何更好的使用不同的评价体系进行学术研究和政策制定具有重要的指导意义。基于此，本文首次选取典型的、并且评价结果连续性公布的区域创新能力、市场化指数及中国省域经济综合竞争力评价指标为例，对各指标的研究历史、研究目的、研究成果、研究用途等进行描述，并对各指标体系的结果及其指标进行综合对比分析。研究表明：目前中国各种区域评价指标体系在指标设计上存在较大的重叠性；各指标体系评价结果具有较强的趋同性，且与区域的GDP排名存在较大的一致性。针对这一情况，本文分析了目前中国区域评价指标体系存在的问题，并针对其问题，提出了相应的建议。

Regional evaluation has an important role in the development of the region. Regional government can use the results of the evaluation of the regional development to predict, monitor and improve the rapid development of regional economy. Currently there are so many regional evaluation index, but the development of these different metrics system is truly effective evaluation areas, if there is contact between them and other issues are also lack of systematic and effective analysis. Analysis of these issues on how to better use a different evaluation system for academic research and policy-making have an important guiding significance. Based on this, first select typical and released continuity evaluation indexes, such as innovation index, market index and the Chinese Province region economy, study the history of each index, purpose, research, described the results of each index. Studies show that: China's regional evaluation system has a large overlap in index design; evaluation results of the index system has a strong convergence, and greater consistency exists GDP ranking region. In response to this situation, this paper analyzes the current evaluation system problems in China region, and for its issue, recommend corresponding suggestions.
