以广义虚拟经济为视域,对传统技术理性的批判,深度考察低碳技术的理性逻辑,进而选择低碳技术逻辑的创新路径,实现广义虚拟经济理论所倡导的以人为本、人与自然和谐相处的新型技术范式。低碳技术选择在现实中遇到政府、企业、科研机构、社会组织、公众等多维度的理性困境。加强低碳技术理性的社会建构,需要以广义虚拟经济理论为指导,建构政府理性,坚持以人为本,强化低碳技术政策供给；建构企业理性,加快低碳创新,承担低碳责任；建构科研机构理性,增加低碳知识供给；建构社会组织理性,培育低碳服务组织；建构公众理性,培育低碳消费需求的市场理性。

From the perspective of Generalized Virtual Economy, and the criticism of traditional technology rationality, we investigate the rational logic of low carbon technology, and select the innovation path of low carbon technology logic, to realize the new technology paradigm of the harmonious relationship between human being, human being and nature, which is advocated by the theory of generalized virtual economy.Low carbon technology rationality choice encountered in the government, enterprises, scientific research institutions, social organizations, the public and other dimensions of the rational dilemma. To strengthen the social construction of low carbon technological rationality, as a guide of the Generalized Virtual Economy Theory, we need to construct a rational government, adhere to the people-oriented, strengthening the policy supply of the low-carbon technology; For the rational enterprise construction, we need to speed up the innovation of low carbon, bear the responsibility for low-carbon; For the the scientific research institutions to rational construction, we need to increase the supply of low carbon knowledge; To construct social organization rational, we need to foster low-carbon service organization; For the public rational construction, we need to cultivate the demands of rational market of the low carbon consumption.
