资源型区域工业企业两阶段技术创新效率评价——基于绿色增长视角

Technological Innovation Efficiency Evaluation of Industrial Enterprises in Resource Regions Besed on Green Growth Perspective

摘要:

从绿色增长视角出发，依托两阶段技术创新理论，评价资源型区域工业企业2011-2015年的技术创新效率。研究表明：资源型区域工业企业创新的区域总体能耗效益在全国均处于劣势地位；资源型区域工业企业两阶段纯技术效率水十分低下而规模效率比较高，但规模经济特性得以发挥；除青海省工业企业两阶段技术创新效率属于“双高”类型外，其余6个省份工业企业的创新效率状况亟待改善。

Abstract:

Evaluate the innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in resource regions from 2011 to 2015 based on green growth perspective and two-stage technology innovation theory. Results were drawn as follows: The overall energy efficiency of the industrial enterprises in various regions are in a disadvantage position in the whole country. In the two stage, the pure technical efficiency is very low, but the scale efficiency is relatively high. With the exception of the Qinghai Province’s innovation efficiency is the "double high" type, the low technological development efficiency and low technology transformation efficiency of remaining six provinces industrial enterprises need to be improved.
