Abstract:There is no doubt about the importance of organizational creativity, and leadership is an important factor that influences organizational creativity. On the basis of explaining the concept and research model of organizational creativity, this article reviews the researches of leadership and organizational creativity in recent years though a theory framework of leadership trait theory, behavior theory and contingency theory, and finally draw the conclusion and put forward the views on the future research direction.
